Sandra FerreiraI booked a game for March 24th and paid 40% in advance.
Shortly before the scheduled date, I received a message from the host saying the session had to be cancelled due to a leak in the building. He offered to reschedule. Since I was leaving London the next day, I asked for a refund, which he agreed to immediately via message.
Since then, I haven’t heard back — despite several follow-up messages.
Not only was I never refunded, but they completely stopped responding.
After reading more reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many others report the exact same experience: paying in advance, last-minute cancellations, and then total silence.
Sadly, this seems to be part of how this escape room operates.
If you're considering going, I strongly recommend choosing a more professional and reliable option.April 22, 2025
