"6-star customer service" was how my son described his afternoon at DNA VR Battersea today celebrating his 16th birthday with 3 friends. They all LOVED the entire experience - especially the Ubisoft escape room. They were looked after so well by Ernest who talked them through how to play the games and made sure they had everything they needed. Thank you! A party like this is a massive treat for these boys and they loved it.

We did the nightmare hotel last week. The theming and decor was so great, we felt fully immersed. It was like we were truly in the nightmare hotel! There were plentiful jumpscares, which we enjoyed. The puzzles were all so cleverly thought out and the clue system was high tech. Our host, Ariah was very friendly and helpful.
