"6-star customer service" was how my son described his afternoon at DNA VR Battersea today celebrating his 16th birthday with 3 friends. They all LOVED the entire experience - especially the Ubisoft escape room. They were looked after so well by Ernest who talked them through how to play the games and made sure they had everything they needed. Thank you! A party like this is a massive treat for these boys and they loved it.

I took my 8 year old niece and 10 year old nephew and did the Jungle Quest. It was a fantastic experience and we all loved it. The team at Battersea were really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this experience.

I had a lovely time here with my family! The staff are very welcoming and nice and the experience is very fun. We did the Christmas Story VR escape room and after we finished we played a bit of Skyfront within the 1 hour slot we had booked. Really great time, definetly will come back again to try the other experiences!

We played with our 2 girls (8 and 10) and had a blast : great family escape room. The kids loved the proper story (compared to other more random puzzly ones we played) and we liked the clear instructions. Overall, we all had a really great family time and our girls managed to finish on time. We had to give a few tips here and there but the puzzles felt age appropriate. Highly recommend if you want a quality print at home escape game with your children. Will watch out for the next one that comes out.
