Shortly before the scheduled date, I received a message from the host saying the session had to be cancelled due to a leak in the building. He offered to reschedule. Since I was leaving London the next day, I asked for a refund, which he agreed to immediately via message.
Since then, I haven’t heard back — despite several follow-up messages.
Not only was I never refunded, but they completely stopped responding.
After reading more reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many others report the exact same experience: paying in advance, last-minute cancellations, and then total silence.
Sadly, this seems to be part of how this escape room operates.

ValerioAmazing family experience! Had a birthday celebration booked for my daughter this Saturday and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the experience. The Star Struck escape was a great fun and everyone loved it! Highly recommend

IlyaHave just completed the mysterious Star Truck adventure room. The puzzles were relatively challenging but the game master's support was impeccable throughout the experience. I also loved the futuristic design of the room.

VladimirTried the experience with a group of friends on a rainy Saturday night. Very interesting puzzles. Can’t recommend the Star Struck enough. At first, you enter the game feeling a little lost but the game catches up really quickly. The game masters was very supportive throughout the game
