Star Struck

I booked a game for March 24th and paid 40% in advance.

Shortly before the scheduled date, I received a message from the host saying the session had to be cancelled due to a leak in the building. He offered to reschedule. Since I was leaving London the next day, I asked for a refund, which he agreed to immediately via message.

Since then, I haven’t heard back — despite several follow-up messages.

Not only was I never refunded, but they completely stopped responding.

After reading more reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many others report the exact same experience: paying in advance, last-minute cancellations, and then total silence.

Sadly, this seems to be part of how this escape room operates.

If you're considering going, I strongly recommend choosing a more professional and reliable option.

Amazing family experience! Had a birthday celebration booked for my daughter this Saturday and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the experience. The Star Struck escape was a great fun and everyone loved it! Highly recommend

Have just completed the mysterious Star Truck adventure room. The puzzles were relatively challenging but the game master's support was impeccable throughout the experience. I also loved the futuristic design of the room.

Had lots of fun in the Star Struck room with my friends this morning! Although the room is branded as the less difficult one, the puzzles were highly engaging.

Tried the experience with a group of friends on a rainy Saturday night. Very interesting puzzles. Can’t recommend the Star Struck enough. At first, you enter the game feeling a little lost but the game catches up really quickly. The game masters was very supportive throughout the game

Simply amazing experience! Have played the Star Struck another day and the game was impeccable. The game lasted an hour and every single puzzle was super engaging. The game master was highly supportive too.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. We did the star struck escape room and we had so much fun! Myka was super nice and friendly in explaining the story behind the escape room. We are definitely coming back to do the other ones soon!

We did a Star Struck escape room, great fun, never had a game master get as involved before! The whole experience was technologically immersive, engaging and the puzzles were well-connected. Perfect activity for a group of 4 (that was our group's size), I can see how it works for 5!

Great experience with a highly professional game master. Although we did manage to escape in time, the puzzles were challenging and creative. I loved the use of digital technologies in one of the rooms!

Really cool game and I can’t recommend it enough. The design of the room really made me feel like i am in a space station, whilst the puzzles were very engaging. Fantastic escape rooms, definitely get a photo after the game for a memory. Can’t wait to come back for the soon opening Demon’s Domain.

This was super fun. My partner and I did the space themed room and the puzzles are super unique. Had a hilarious time and Myka was a great host and explained the game well. Will definitely try the other room!

We did a 2-person StarStruck run and got halfway without hints. The puzzles are challenging, with some dead ends, but was loads of fun.

Really good day out and the time flies by. The rooms are immersive and challenging whilst still allowing for lots of funny moments for you and your friends. Cant wait to try the next one!
