Escape game: The Facility
I would not recommend this escape room for more that 2 or 3 people. It's quite small with no major surprise or a high number of puzzles. We escaped in a bit more than half an hour with 5 participants.Lise
The lights and some of the decoration puts you in a good atmosphere, the room was enjoyable but not memorable.
Escape game: Sabotage
We were very disappointed by Classified which is meant to be the prequel to Sabotage, so had low expectations when attempting Sabotage with a new crew but were surprised by some of the puzzles that brought laughter and excitement.Lise
One of the last puzzles of the room was on the edge of being too difficult or too random, so this one brought a bit of frustration but overall a good evening with one big surprise that we all enjoyed.
Escape game: Shipwrecked
Our crew of 5 players attempted the Shipwrecked room early March. We had already done 3 rooms, so we knew what to expect of the experience. This is where I was wrong! No Escape room seems to be similar so far. Shipwrecked is properly unique and the theme is well respected. Very piraty! The music, the settings, the lights and even the smell somehow made you feel like a proper mattey. Not only the settings but also the clues are all pirate/ship related and they all make sense, not a single clue was far-fetched, you could get the answers with a bit of thinking. And they were all awesome. We managed to escape with three minutes spare and were ready to complete dozens and dozens of future escape rooms. :)Lise Mortier
Escape game: Classified
This is NOT Breakout's most explosive and technologically advanced room. Saying that would be false marketing. The room is probably the most boring one in the lower floor of Breakout Liverpool.Lise Mortier
The aim of the game is not to escape but to "gather objects" in order to pass your special agent test. The room is barely decorated and hosts very few puzzles. If it might be a good room for younger players or beginners with no expectations but I would not recommend it to anyone else. We escaped in half an hour and were not satisfied at all.
Escape game: Illuminati
Our group of 5 came, attempted and escaped the Illuminati room back in 2016Lise Mortier
We had loads of fun: free drinks on arrival, several clever puzzles and enigmas, nice atmosphere and a great background story.
We loved it, one of my favourite in Liverpool after the ClueFinders rooms. :)
Escape game: Illuminati
Really good fun - time went far too quickly! Can't wait for the second room to open so we can come back and have the challenge all over again!Rosie
