I booked a game for March 24th and paid 40% in advance.

Shortly before the scheduled date, I received a message from the host saying the session had to be cancelled due to a leak in the building. He offered to reschedule. Since I was leaving London the next day, I asked for a refund, which he agreed to immediately via message.

Since then, I haven’t heard back — despite several follow-up messages.

Not only was I never refunded, but they completely stopped responding.

After reading more reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many others report the exact same experience: paying in advance, last-minute cancellations, and then total silence.

Sadly, this seems to be part of how this escape room operates.

If you're considering going, I strongly recommend choosing a more professional and reliable option.

Simply amazing experience! Have played the Star Struck another day and the game was impeccable. The game lasted an hour and every single puzzle was super engaging. The game master was highly supportive too.

This was the best escape room I’ve been to. By far the best experience we’ve had. The rooms were extremely imaginative and detailed. We tried Capital Caper which was a jewellery heist escape room, and it didn’t disappoint. Would recommend to anyone.

We did a Star Struck escape room, great fun, never had a game master get as involved before! The whole experience was technologically immersive, engaging and the puzzles were well-connected. Perfect activity for a group of 4 (that was our group's size), I can see how it works for 5!

Have just completed the mysterious Star Truck adventure room. The puzzles were relatively challenging but the game master's support was impeccable throughout the experience. I also loved the futuristic design of the room.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. We did the star struck escape room and we had so much fun! Myka was super nice and friendly in explaining the story behind the escape room. We are definitely coming back to do the other ones soon!
