I booked a game for March 24th and paid 40% in advance.
Shortly before the scheduled date, I received a message from the host saying the session had to be cancelled due to a leak in the building. He offered to reschedule. Since I was leaving London the next day, I asked for a refund, which he agreed to immediately via message.
Since then, I haven’t heard back — despite several follow-up messages.
Not only was I never refunded, but they completely stopped responding.
After reading more reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many others report the exact same experience: paying in advance, last-minute cancellations, and then total silence.
Sadly, this seems to be part of how this escape room operates.
If you're considering going, I strongly recommend choosing a more professional and reliable option.

Tried the school of magic today with my 10 year old and we had so much fun the visuals are amazing and thank goodness for the hints a great experience

Had a great time as a group, tried Alice in Wonderland and managed to complete with a minute left. If you need help they have helpful hints. Would recommend as a family or as a social group. Can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms

All I can say is WOW we played Atlantis on a pre opening invitation and the level of tech, theming and theatrics were incredible 👏

These escape rooms have a WOOOOOW factor. Attention to detail, great puzzles.It makes your mind work. The time was ticking in Alice in wonderland themed escape room, one of my favourite 😍 Highly recommended.
Free parking in Brent Cross shopping centre across the road is a bonus. Great outing for family day out or social bonding with your friends.

A bit difficult to find since it has just opened and there was no signage at the front but very good escape room. Atlantis was really good! We enjoyed ourselves! Would be good to take a picture at the end to send participants as a memory.
