  Lovely staff, and we enjoyed the room a lot. Excellent theming and props and some interesting puzzles. The start was fun!!!! We escaped as a 2.
  
  We had a little niggle that we emailed the Manager about and their response was helpful. Exceptional customer service, actually. They took us very seriously and we appreciate that. Thanks!

• We (2 of us) did "Escape the Seven Seas" and it was absolutely fantastic. As soon as you walk in, the decoration is top notch. There were multiple puzzles going at once (my favourite sort of room), so we always felt we both had things to do, without feeling too pushed for time. The puzzles themselves were a mix of easy and hard (although not too hard) - admittedly there were quite a few mechanics I've seen before, which made it easier for us than for those less familiar. The hint system was my favourite kind (a screen), and it involved my favourite Escape Room trope (where we were initially separated). The staff were all really lovely, especially Jia who was super enthusiastic and an asset to the company. Overall would highly recommend this place!

• We booked Escape the seven seas
  
  at Shadwell. We were expecting a bigger place when we arrived at a locked door off a side road, in Shadwell, but was not disappointed once inside. Very helpful staff and excellent decor in the room. Was very impressed with the whole experience. Great puzzles.
  
  Managed to escape with 1minute to spare with only a couple of hints.
