• This is my daughter's second time to the Shepherd's Bush escape room. She and her friends did The Cabin, and it lived up to expectations. It was challenging and fun. The staff were professional, friendly and set the scene well. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back and trying our skills in another room!

• First time for us, and probably a pretty tricky one to pick for a novice (The Cabin). However, the place was easy to find, and not crowded or anything once inside. Emit (sorry if I've spelt that incorrectly) was great from the start. Friendly and professional and really made the day more enjoyable for us. Bicky was great too and her clues did really help! Overall a great experience, but for me, it would not be 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer service! Great job guys and thank you!

• The Cabin, very hard.
  
  Great escape room, we have done around a dozen over the last few years and this was the hardest by far.
  
  The escape rate is 35% ... we didn’t make it, we were one clue for lm finishing.
  
  If you have done escape rooms before, this is a great test. If you are relatively new to escape rooms, try something easier.
