• Just came out of doing the escape room Enigmista and it was so much fun! Our game hosts Jordan and Charlie was so welcoming and fun! Will definitely be coming back soon <3

• Had the best time with Charlie at Escape Reality. The escape rooms were so much fun and we had the best time escaping Alcatraz, Jungala and now Enigmista. All three rooms have been great fun and terrifying at the same time. Would highly recommend!

We had high hopes for the room and our expectations were easily met, not to mention the staff Chris, Charlie and Ria were super friendly and helpful with getting our game sorted and helping us when we needed it, we’re thinking of coming back for another room to hopefully escape out of <3

• Great day at escape reality. Tried the Enigmista room. Sadly failed to escape! The staff were wonderful especially our games master Chris. The puzzles were challenging and fun. The rooms atmosphere really set the scene. Hope to try and escape again!

• This was the second room we did. We enjoyed this one much more than misery. Starting off handcuffed to each other gave it that extra scare / panic factor to the themed room. We took longer escaping from this room but thought the puzzles were very cleverly thought out.

• Came yesterday and completed enigmista, it is a great room with very clever and fun puzzles. Chris is a cool guy who did a great job setting the scene, making it even more scary. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back

• I thoroughly enjoyed this! Never been to an escape room before. The team were extremely friendly and really clear. Would recommend anyone for this as its such great fun. Definitely will be going again in the future. We even had an issue with a keypad where we had the code correct but wouldn't work and Jason rectified the issue quickly. Brilliant fun for everyone!

• We done two rooms there. Both we're themed really well with a good degree of difficulty. We failed to escape the 2nd room but the host let us finish it off which was good. Holly and Jordan were both very helpful and friendly.

• Enigmata - amazing first experience in an escape room as a couple and loved every minute. Just incredible vibe and theme with puzzles that really fit the setting. Well designed.

• 100% reccomend, thoroughly enjoyed the ENIGMISTA room. Our fist time visiting the venue, never done an escape room experience. We would like to visit and try all the rooms. Would highly recommend CHRIS, he was reassuring, yet remained in character as our 'host' and made the 60 minutes better than we could have imagined. Will definitely return.

• Had the best time in the Enigmista room in Cardiff. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room itself was really impressive. Not for the easily-scared, without giving spoilers it's a great room, the puzzles are tough but not unsolvable (and you have access to some clues and can always call a member of staff in if you're really stuck). This was our second time at Escape Reality in Cardiff, having done the Misery room as well - I'd recommend both! The rooms are great and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great time.

• Great way to spend an hour! Very well themed up rooms in comparison to others I've played before. Lots of unique puzzles that I've not seen before and you're not just going from one padlock to the next which is very nice. I played Enigmista and the atmosphere suited the room and the scene was set very well. Very nice bar area that I wasn't expecting from an escape room company. Can't wait to come back!
