Looking for a new way to spend time? Had enough of going to the movies or karaoke? Not impressed with restaurants and clubs anymore? Then gather up to six of your closest friends and book an escape room!
Birthday activity for me - we were one teen down but three of us managed to solve missing in action with six minutes to spare. A joy to puzzle over with lots of variety of puzzles and really well designed. Loved the Venus game in Guildford last year but fab to have one a bit closer. Highly recommended!Kitty
We had a really fun experience completing the ‘missing in action’ escape room at the Denbies site. Having done two of their rooms at the Guildford site we were excited to see the new venue which was very smart and the host was very welcoming and briefed us enthusiastically. In the room itself everything was so cleverly thought out and being involved in a story mission made solving the puzzles exciting and got six grown adults cheering and buzzing in the pub afterwards! Highly recommend for any group.Emily
Looking forward to trying the new rooms they’re building.
Izzy was a fantastic host at the Dorking site when we played Missing in Action . Great puzzles , some very different to other rooms we have played. Overall one of our favourite rooms we have ever played . Hurry up and open up more so we can come back pleaseDebbie
We did the recording studio and it is the 4th paradox parlour escape room we’ve done. They set a very high standard and all are excellent. We had good fun solving this one -it was really interactive and quite different. We would thoroughly recommend this one as it has a really good mix of different things to solve which are all at the right level, and not too many locks which I find a bit frustrating. The technology is superb and our host Alex was always on hand if we got a bit stuck. All round a brilliant escape room.kerry
The recording studio game at Paradox Parlours was one of the most fun escape rooms I've played. The room is excellently themed and every item within the room also had a purpose.Alex
The puzzles were at a reasonable level and nothing was too obscure.
I highly recommend this room for first time players and enthusiasts alike.
We did The Recording Studio as a team of two and thoroughly enjoyed it! We've done all of the Paradox Parlour escape rooms so far, some with our kids, some with our friends, and some as a couple, and would highly recommend them all; a good consistent selection of puzzles that make sense - nothing random, lovely theming and decoration, overall a really satisfying and enjoyable experience. I think Case of the Missing Gun has to be my favourite - we did that one as my first escape room for my 40th birthday, so it's special, and it was a brilliant intro to escape rooms 😁Amy
