• Brought some friends who were visiting Edinburgh along, and the four of us did the 'Machina' room - it was a great challenge (which we failed!), but we had a great time doing it.
  
  Our host, called David, was really enthusiastic and helpful, and added a lot to the experience.

• 3 of us tried Machina escape room which was challenging but fun. Stephen was very welcoming and added to the experience. Would definitely go again!

• We had such a great time! We did Machina, we used a few hints and called for Alex our game master a few times, he was great! Thankyou for a great experience, we will definately be back to try Alcatraz next time!

• Visited on a Saturday and attempted Machina. The host Bob was excellent - funny and upbeat and really got is all in the mood! The game itself was interesting and had enough to keep the 6 of us scratching our heads! We escaped with 4 minutes to spare. Highly recommended

• The room we chose (Machina) had very varied puzzles and riddles to solve, definitely not boring, had some cool moving parts and flashing light effects too! The team at the site is so accommodating - since there was noone schedules for the room after our group, they have allowed us to start late and finish the room despite running out of time. 10/10 recommend!

• We did the Machina room and it was a great balance of fun and challenging. Our game master was Rebecca and although she was still training she was absolutely brilliant, talked us through everything and was super helpful when we needed it without spoiling the game.

• Among the best escape rooms I've ever tried. Stephen was oozing charisma from the start, he was very friendly and informative and set the scene well in a very dramatic manner. The room itself (machina) was very well designed and had a good assortment of puzzles. It really looked the part too. Highly recommend these guys.

• Great experience. Josie was very helpful and explained everything beforehand (also great if you've never done an escape room). We did Machina, difficulty was fair (we failed 🤣) but it was very enjoyable. Always easy to ask for help. Would recommend again

• Great experience! Nice enthusiastic members of staff will introduce you and try and get you in the spirit. We've done a few escape rooms with these guys now and they're all really well thiught out. A+!

• I’ve been to Escape Reality twice and I loved it!! I had the same person twice, Alex, he was fun and gave us all the helped we needed!! I would definitely go back again!! It’s a really nice way to work with your friends and just have fun!!

• Visited with friends and had an absolute blast. Callum, our host, was fantastic and my group hit it off well with him. We played through the Machina room, and it was challenging enough to leave us feeling accomplished, without being so challenging as to leave us stuck. Will definitely visit again to try the other rooms.

• We did the Machina room and as we really enjoyed it we decided to go back the following week to do the Alcatraz room. The atmosphere of the rooms is pretty cool and the puzzles are really interesting as well, the only thing we missed was more ability games since most of them were based on finding numeric codes. Any way, it was an amazing experience and our game master, Alex, was just the best. We’ll be back for sure, and we totally recommend it!
