• We played Alcatraz, perfect for a small group (we were 5). Great experience, clear instructions including safety and the fact that you have a tablet to manage the (limited) hints you can get. We'll come back to play other scenarios!

• I had a really great time. I was in the Alcatraz room which was tricky but fun. Bob was really nice to us, he really was just great. Will definitely go again, honestly just to see Bob.

• My friend and I always visit escape rooms when travelling, this time was no different.
  
  We tried three different escape rooms in Edinburgh and this one was definitely the best.
  
  We have done the Alcatraz room which was very fun, our game master Noel was amazing.

• Went with a friend and did the Alcatraz room. I’ve done a few escape rooms before so can confidently say that the Alcatraz room stood out as a particularly good one. The staff member that took us round the room was named Noel and she was helpful and really lovely and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable.

• We did the Alcatraz room which is challenging but very fun (I'd say especially good for couples!). Noel was a great gamemaster, they made sure we understood what we could and couldn't do, and gave good hints without giving too much away. Will definitely be coming back for another room!

• My boyfriend and I went on a date night last Friday and did the Alcatraz one (he booked it not realising it was the hardest!) right from the get go, we were warmly greeted in reception & when we were brought to our escape room, Noel was absolutely amazing! She was clear in her instructions & gave us a wee clue, too! She got into character and set the scene for us, and we really appreciated all the effort she put into making it an amazing experience! We're hoping to come back soon with some of our friends. If I could give more stars, I would!

• Tried the Alcatraz room in Edinburgh with my friend really difficult but very fun we had staff members Alex and Brian and they where so energetic and fun to be around 10/10 will be coming back

• We did an escape room for my fiancé’s birthday and it was amazing! We did Alcatraz and were helped by Stephen who was great, he was really funny, helpful with the clues and overall made the experience that much better. We did manage to escape but I think just over the time limit but they let us keep going for the few extra minutes it took. We’ll definitely be back to do the other rooms as it was a pure laugh but also 100% needing to work our communication skills

  We did the Alcatraz room, and our Games Master, Stephen, couldn't have been better. He was friendly, funny and always helpful if we needed him.
  
  I'd highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back to try one of the other rooms.

• We tried the Alcatraz room which was one of the more difficult ones and had Bob as our games master. He was brilliant, very friendly and played a great security guard, he was also quick to return when we needed him. The room itself was great and definitely challenging which is exactly what we wanted. Overall we loved it and will definitely go back and try some other rooms.

• Alex and Callum were both very friendly and helpful. I did the Alcatraz room and the theming was really good as well. The puzzles were just the right level of difficulty as well, I got stuck on the last one for a bit but it was so satisfying to finally complete it. I really enjoyed my experience at escape reality and Alex was really funny as well.

• This was my second time at Escape Reality and I can honestly say I've had an amazing time on both occasions. On the first occasion my friends and I did Machina, and on this occasion we did Nosferatu, Asylum and Alcatraz. The rooms were extremely fun, really challenging and immersive. The staff themselves were so helpful, friendly and always happy to answer our questions when we were stuck. Special thanks to Alex for being so lovely to us and putting up with our bickering with eachother, thank you so much for the amazing time.

• We tried to escape Alcatraz, but weren't so lucky! The room was great, and definitely a challenge with well thought out puzzles and the need for teamwork. David was a great host and made our visit a lot of fun. Would definitely go back and try some of the other rooms!
