• Went for a friend's birthday and had a great time. Staff are passionate and enthusiastic about the rooms, and the Diamond Heist had an innovative moment that really ramped up the tension that I've not seen done in other escape rooms.
  
  I was also slightly unwell when we visited, and they were kind, considerate and helpful. A fantastic experience run by wonderful people. If you're doing an escape room in Birmingham, make it this one.

• Sara was wonderful, she was so calm and knowledgeable. The game was well thought out, requiring lots of brainpower. We took on the diamond thief game, highly recommended! There was 4 of us in our group and we found that to be the perfect amount of people. It was so exciting and we'll definitely be back!

• We did the Diamond game and it was soooooooo much fun. Sarah (our game host) was entertaining, helpful and super cool, explained everything very well and answered all our questions. We had a blast and will be going back to try another room :)

• we did the RHA spy escape room, the room itself was amazing, and the challenges were difficult but not too hard. our games master was amazing, and helped us just the right amount.) we managed to get the crown with 10 minutes left, but only unlocked 4 of the 5 things we needed. overall it was a great room!

• Visited Exciting Games as a social event with friends, did the Royal Heist room which was excellent lots of challenges to test everyone in the room. Visited lots of escape rooms but the twist on the usual concept sets Exciting Games rooms apart from the others. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough it’s a must visit, can’t wait to do the remaining two rooms!

• A really great escape room. It tested us, but that’s good! We did the Royal Heist Academy. I thought it was great that there were almost different levels to it, so it’s great for those with little experience of escape rooms and for pros! The staff were really helpful and patient with us - a big shout out to Becca.
  
  I would definitely recommend. It’s also really close to the train and metro stop, so very handy if you are looking to use public transport.

• Amazing experience! We did the Heist Academy room and it was such a great game. The puzzles were challenging and interesting and even though there were only 2 of us, we were able to complete enough challenges to succeed (with a little help from the host!) The host was super friendly and put us at ease straight away, she really was lovely. We would definitely do another experience and will be back soon!

• It’s a great place to go with your friends or loved ones. We did RHA and it was honestly great. Considering we did need some hints at the start Sarah was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, polite and funny. She made us feel really welcomed and generally supported us through the game so we didn’t lose our hope. She’s so lovely honestly give this girl a raise !!! Definitely will come back

• We did the jewel heist and i thoroughly enjoyed it. I fully respect the creative genius that went into creating the room to have so many puzzles and challenges with so few props it was a true joy to take on the challenge and am proud to say we completed the room with little over 15min to spare.

• Great experience, this was my first escape room. Would recommend having a bigger group though. As we did the Jewellery Heist room with two and we really struggled. However was helpful having the staff member at the other end of the walkie talkie giving help and advice. Highly recommend, I will be back again in the future for sure. The room was very interesting and kept us entertained and on our toes. At the end he walked us through the rest as we did not finish in the hour and we found this useful.
