• Attended a birthday 30th party here in the Jungala room. Really enjoyed and looking to book again :)

• It was our first time coming here and we’d definitely come back to do another room! We did the Jungala room and had a really great time. Chris was very helpful and friendly. The puzzles were challenging but fun, and we did manage to escape. We will be coming back soon

• We did the Jungala room as it was marked as the easier room, we are a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 14 and hadn't done an escape room before. Max was our host and was great throughout, lovely and enthusiastic. The room itself was fun and a great starter room. Everyone got involved and everyone discovered different things. We succeeded in escaping and look forward to doing another room in the future.

• Came here with my boyfriend for our first escape room (Jungala) and it was the best time we’ve ever had! Jordan and the lady he was with (sorry I never got your name) were absolutely amazing. We are definitely coming back!

• Great fun all round ! Family of four two adults and two children, we did the Jungala room, great set up, fun puzzles, host was extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

• First time doing an escape room. Chose Jungala and had great fun. Holly looked after us and gave us a much needed helping hand at one point. Didn't manage to escape but solved the final clue just as time expired. I'm sure we'll be back.

• Great escape room, brilliantly designed by the game master Chris. He explained the experience well beforehand as a few of us had never done an escape room before. The room and atmosphere was great inside, the puzzles weren’t too hard but still a challenge and great fun!

• Had a great time at our first ever escape room, Jungala. Staff are fab, Holly was our host and she was lovely. Also special mention to Charlie who changed the room I booked initially with no hassle, when I realised serial killer one probably wasn't appropriate for the mother in law 😅

• Escape Reality is a great place to have a super fun experience. We played Jungala, which was so much fun and our game master Chris was very friendly, funny and accommodating. Will be returning there again soon!

• Our first time trying any escape experience, the staff at Cardiff were really friendly and helped in making the whole experience fun.
  
  The 60 minutes you get in the rooms totally flies by as you try to work out the puzzles to advance. We did 2 rooms jungala and fibbonachi, unfortunately failed them both but were incredibly close (especially in the Fibonacci room, running out of time right by the exit door 🙈)
  
  Our room host Charlie was really good, set the scene in dramatic style, offered a hint to get us started, and came in to help us when we didn’t realise we had completed a task.
  
  Overall a great first experience, we will definitely be back.

• My friend took my son with her, her husband and their son. They did the jungla room and my son absolutely loved it. It was my sons first experience of a escape room and he didn't stop talking about it for days. He can not wait to do it again. Huge shout out to Chris, Ria, Jordan and fayth who were all absolutely brilliant from the booking to the actual day :)

• Today we had our first ever experience of this kind of game at Escape Reality Cardiff, we played Jungala, as I was told it was a good one for kids, and it did not disappoint!! From the moment we got there it felt like a nice, relaxed environment, the staff were really friendly and helpful, Fayth was very knowledgable when telling us about the game, and Jordan very helpful during the game popping in to make sure we are OK and see if we needed help, which we did!!! We took our eldest son and his best friend (both 8) and they absolutely loved it and have not stopped talking about it, they are already planning on their next one :-D I also want to thank Chris and Ria who were both so helpful and very knowledgeable when we were enquiring about the games, as we had never done this before we had no idea which game would be suitable for children, we were given two options including this one and decided this would be the most fun for the boys, so thank you to all at Escape Reality Cardiff for hosting us, it looked and sounds like you all totally love your jobs and I can understand why, and I am sure we will be back in the not to distant future :-)

• I've always loved playing puzzle and escape games on my mobile but never got to do an in-person physical experience before, this was my first time and I really enjoyed it!
  
  We did the Jungala room- the place was clean, followed the covid rules and had lots of hand sanitiser on site :) The team - Ria & Jordan were helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back to try the other rooms!

• Such a great experience. Me and my housemates went to two of their escape rooms and intend to eventually do all of them. We did Jungala and Misery both of which we found extremely immersive and fun. The puzzles were the perfect level of challenging and all of the props were great. The people running the place are also extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend for a fun day out

• Fantastic! We will be returning in the near future. As huge Jumani fans we went in the jungla escape which was way better than we expected. We didn't escape but were one room from the end so did pretty well! Big thumbs up for escape reality.
