This Halloween, you're in for a treat! It's time to let your inner demons out and face your fears. Instead of binge-watching horror movies and thrillers, choose one of the spooky escape rooms in Nottingham. The perfect way to spend the scariest night of the year is to indulge in an escape room marathon. Happy haunting!
Had a brilliant 2 games yesterday. We were a group of 25-60 year olds and we all really enjoyed our afternoon. K was our game master and put at ease all our "oldies" concerns. Great trip for people of all ages and abilities!

Played 2 games (Singularity and Outbreak Origins) as a group of 5 and 2 other people joined us on both occasions, making 7. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know everyone in your group as you all have your own avatar and your names appear above your avatars. Both games were awesome and it’s incredible to believe it all happens in such a small space! There were a few minor technical hitches with Outbreak Origins but once it got going it was fine, although some ‘blackout’ instances but only for a few seconds at a time. It’s a relatively new game so they are bound to have a few teething problems! The games themselves were completely immersive and you find yourself stepping over pipes and trying to lean on crates that aren’t there!

There are lockers available in the foyer to store your belongings, which take a £1 coin to lock but you get your coin back after use. You will need to keep your locker key with you while you play.
Toilets are on site, they are gender-neutral, which did worry me as a female having to share with men (!!!) but they are kept very clean so no issues at all!
Drinks and snacks are available to purchase, which are not overly expensive (less than a cinema would charge).
Best place to park is Victoria Center North, as they are immediately outside the car park before you enter the shopping center. Parking was just over £9 for 5 hours, but we were staying in the area for lunch, otherwise you wouldn’t need to park for as long. We were there on a Saturday and there were plenty of spaces available.
It’s not a cheap day out but it was such a unique experience and we all had such a great time so it’s well worth the money. I’ll definitely try and go again!
We went for a company off-site, fantastic experience and well worth the trip from London. Super easy to get to with a train from St Pancras and a short walk from Nottingham Station, the whole VR and gaming experience was phenomenal. Our age range was from 21-50+ and everyone loved it, including those who were experienced gamers right down to complete novices.

The staff were helpful and were always on hand to help the day run smoothly, with lots of engaging information, tips and advice for the day. We played three games in total (including Outbreak Origins and Zombie Survival), with the time in between games spent experiencing the other VR activities (Beat Saber, Driving etc.) in the lounge area. They seemed to be ramping up for new launches when we were there too, so I'm excited to see what is on offer next time we go.
I'd thoroughly recommend in for birthday parties (any age!), company off-sites, stag/hen parties (before the drinking starts) or just a great experience day.
Had a short 15 minute Zombie Survival game with my girlfriend and another friend, was blown away by how well the vr works and also how fun the experience is overall. Very immersive and certainly a unique experience.

Also, fantastic customer service and banter from the staff (shoutout to Tyler x).
Will definitely be going frequently now that I've tried it. Especially considering the 50% student discount.
Overall, amazing service and unique to itself. Definitely recommend coming here.
We weren’t quite sure what to expect with this or whether it would be too scary but we ended up being completely blown away by it. We did the Zombie Survival game and it was honestly one of the most intense and fun experiences we have ever had. It’s super immersive and very realistic - expect a LOT of shouting and screaming as you’re fighting off the zombies! 10/10 - we will be back!

Went with a couple of friends on the 21st. We tried both the Zombie Survival and then the Singularity games! Both were tons of fun.

The zombie survival is a horde mode where you have to repair defences and shoot zombies in the face, while your friends cower in the corner* as the onslaught of zombies inches closer and closer.
The Singularity one is more of a roaming game where you go from A to B while stopping the robots, drones and such. More team work is involved in this one and there’s a couple of moments where you may lose your balance, if you’re not careful.
All in all it was a very enjoyable experience, the games are great fun and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely be heading back there again!
