• Did the Heist today at ER Cardiff. Yet another fabulous experience hosted by Abby, Chris, Ria and Iwan! My brother who was new to ER had a brilliant time and we will both be coming again!

• Me and my friends did ‘the heist’ for my birthday it was amazing the waiting room is very interactive and you get to make your own team name. Our host was holly she was very funny and was very patient and helpful.

• The heist escape room was amazing. Our guide Jordan was amazing and helped us out when we had been stuck on a clue for awhile and let us finish the room after the time ran out. Definitely coming back and beating the escape room this time.

• Having done the heist themed room in the Escape rooms located on St Mary’s street Cardiff we were intrigued to see how this room would be in comparison. Personally we felt that this room was much better. Both were different but this one felt more challenging.

• my boyfriend and i love coming here, it's so much fun. we have done two escape themes so far (The heist and Alcatraz). We had Holly and Charlie as our hosts so far, they were both very helpful and so sweet, without their help we probably wouldn't have escaped each theme in time but luckily we have done. massive thanks to our hosts, we can't wait to come back and do the other themes!

• We had so much fun here! The rooms are amazing! Some of the best I’ve done in the world! We did The Heist and The Fibonacci Sequence and they were both a lot of fun. Holly was our game guide and she was so lovely and hilarious!

• Did Heist here with my partner and her younger sister and just about escaped with only a minute to spare.
  
  The puzzles were challenging and varied to fit everyone's ability and experience with escape rooms so we were all able to heavily contribute to the daring Heist and final escape.
  
  Chris was an excellent host, reading the group to keep his communication suitable for all ages without sacrificing some great dry humour and helpful tips where they are needed. Will definitely be returning soon to complete some of their other rooms 😁

• Great escape room! We were helped by Chris who was amazing, joking around with us and took great polaroid photos! We did the Heist escape room, just the right level of difficulty and clues to help if needed. Would highly recommend

• I had a fantastic time at Escape Reality today. Myself and two friends played the Heist game, and it more than lived up to expectations.
  
  Our gamemaster was Chris, who was really friendly and helpful throughout, and did a great job of setting the scene.
  
  We've already arranged our next visit, which is testament to how enjoyable it was.

• First time attending an escape room and i was very impressed. We played "the heist", which was so much fun! Absolutely baffled to begin to begin with, so many clever cryptic clues and routes to move on from the first room. Quickly caught up to speed though and throughly enjoyed moving from room to room and interacting with the immersive environment they've created. I left itching to go back and try a harder room, would definitely attend again! Our hoast Chris was fantastic as well, made us all feel really at ease and relaxed, explained everything and genuinely contributed to the enjoyment of the whole experience. Thanks guys, look forward to seeing you next time 😁

• Thanks to Simon, Chris, and the others we had an awesome time trying to complete The Heist (Spoiler: We failed). It was my first escape room and I wasn't entirely sure what to expect but thanks to the team there we had a fantastic experience, will definitely go again to conquer it!

• The escape room we did ( the heist) was really good fun with lots of logic puzzles. ( There was NO case in this room where you had a code or key and needed to just try loads of locks to find one it would work in). What really adds to the experience is the friendliness and positive energy of the staff (the gamemaster we had was Jordan). I would recommend to anyone who's thinking of doing an escape/exit type room in Cardiff. Can't wait to go back and try another room.
