• Anyone wanting to do an escape room should definitely try Alcatraz at Escape Reality! It was so much fun and we had such a laugh trying to solve the clues. We enjoyed so much that we’ve booked to do another one in a couple of months.

• Had a great time. We tried Alcatraz and found it challenging but great fun. Charlie met us in reception and gave us an energetic and funny introduction to the room and ran us through the safety aspects. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. Thanks, we will return to try another game.

• Our second visit here. Amazing experience again. Hosted by Jordan, who was excellent. The room we did was Alcatraz, which was great fun. We even managed to escape! Definitely recommend an escape room here. Fun for friends and family

• We loved our escape room! We chose Alcatraz and Holly was amazing and enthusiastic before getting us started. Couldn't recommend Escape reality more.

• Had a great time. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our game master holly was great very friendly and gave hints without giving too much away. The room we did was Alcatraz it was really good fun hard but not to hard 🤣

• This was different to the other ones as we were split up into two groups and communication was key. We really enjoyed this until we got to a part where we worked for about 10 minutes on a puzzle and wasted a clue on it only to figure out that the outcome of the puzzle was already done. A staff member didn’t make sure that all of the things in the room were reset properly which meant time was lost on that one section! Staff were apologetic and didn’t take the time off us. 👍

• Two of us did "Escape from Alcatraz" and would have made our way out if we had just had three more minutes (or if I had listened properly to the instructions!) Holly was very welcoming and popped in to see how we were doing when it was clear we were struggling. Would definitely return and do some other rooms next time we are in Cardiff.

• Escape from Alcatraz was great fun. Jordan was so very understand of us oldies you could say he even possible gave us extra time. I don't know. I will be going back to finish the escape. As we did not this time. Great fun partners just go with the flow.

• The Alcatraz escape room was an amazing experience! Holly, the game master, was fantastic . The puzzles were challenging and the theme was immersive. Highly recommend it for escape room enthusiasts!

• Me and my partner came here from buying a virgin experience day and we had the best time ever! Chris was our guide and he's absolutely brilliant, he really set the scene and gave us clues to help us through without giving us the anwsers, we done the heist first and then came back the next day to do alcatraz. We will definitely come back again

• It was my first time at an Escape Room and it was so good! We did the Alcatraz room and it was really fun. It was challenging yet manageable so that the puzzles didn't feel unsolvable. Chris was really friendly and encouraging. Will definitely be going back once the Heist is up and running :)

• We had an excellent time today trying to escape the Alcatraz room. We didnt manage to get out, even with a bit of extra time given but we got pretty close so were really pleased and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our 'host' was Chris and he did a fab job of setting the scene and giving us hints when we were stuck. We will definately recommend Escape Reality escape rooms because of the high standard of the game rooms we used and the really friendly staff. We look foward to returning!

• We did the escape from Alcatraz escape room and it was s great experience. It was really creepy and atmospheric and the puzzles were great. Our gamesmaster Jordan made it a really fun experience.

• Absolutely amazing experience! Did Alcatraz and the puzles we're diverss and challenging. We didn't escape, but we got so close! It was such fun though and our hosts Jordan, Chris, Ria and Simon were fantastic, welcoming and really energetic. They really made the experience!

• My friends and I did the Alcatraz room for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing - extremely engaging and immersive. We didn't escape unfortunately, but the puzzles were very clever and well thought out and took us almost half of the time to get past the second one! I've done a few escape rooms but I've got to say this one was the best out of them all. The staff were also lovely - Ria was our gamemaster and was very thorough and patient with us. Planning to come back with my family to do the Heist room. Looking forward to coming back!

• Loved it! 100% recommend to anyone! In fact, we enjoyed Alcatraz so much, we booked a second game immediately and went straight back into jungala. Thank you Simon, Jordan & Ria for being great hosts!
