Don't worry: this is not a history lesson, so you won't need to write a report about 1861 or memorize the names of every British king.
In these historic escape rooms in Basingstoke, you'll be transported to a different era. A meaningful plot will make your heart race a little faster, and the atmosphere will get your mind working. Will you change the course of history?
Hld50Great afternoon in half term - struggling to find something to engage two stroppy teenagers and this was a hit. The host was fantastic, very happy to help, explained everything really well and knew exactly when to intervene when we started hitting our heads against a brick wall. Had a lovely time, working together as a team and laughing a lot. Thank you, we will be back

IanThe challenges were very cleverly organised. Don't discount any pieces of information no matter how small.
Well guided throughout by our Agent, Tia, as we were complete novices. She made the event fun and manageable.February 24, 2022

TravelerWell run, friendly, and fun. The staff are great and the escape room we use (the Grocers) was challenging and thought provoking. Great way for our team to bond and have fun at the same time.

kimI went today with my friends and it was the first escape room any of us have tried and can I just say I have the most AMAZING time!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone go try it out! We did the Hidden Past escape room and manage to complete it with only 2 minutes lefts and it left us absolutely filled with adrenaline for the rest of the day! The guy who unfortunately we don’t know the name of, was excellent, so so so friendly and definitely sold the story and the whole experience to us! He gave us so much praise once we finished it! We have already discussed coming back to try another room next week!

FionaBrilliant fun. Went for A Hidden Past which was deemed a bit easier for newbies. Perfect, great props, theme and room set ups, hard puzzles but not impossible, group of 5, mixed ages, finished with 10 minutes to spare. The two staff were helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend 👌 😁
